Self-esteem

"What lies behind us and what lies before us are small matters
compared to what lies within us."

- Ralph Waldo Emerson

Every human being including you has gifts and talents to offer the world. If you do not feel you are able to share and manifest these to your full potential there are blocking beliefs that are not allowing you to fully realize these gifts.

Are you limited in your life by beliefs like;

"I am unlovable"
"I don't deserve things."
"I can't get what I want and need in life."
"The world doesn't want me."

If so you are not alone. The vast majority of people have these types of beliefs to one degree or another. Now in the past there wasn't a lot you could do about changing this except to be aware of it and try to face your fears or manage the damage these beliefs did in your life.

What is exciting is that healing and clearing negative beliefs about your self-worth and a whole lot more is completely possible using the techniques I offer in your sessions. I have seen people heal these and have healed some of these myself using EFT and PSYCH-K. Conventional methods tend to just manage and name these painful feelings. These methods allow you to clear them out at the core so they never come back. This is because these beliefs are patterns written in your unconscious and energy system. Using these techniques we clear and shift the patterns and then actually imprint new beliefs.

New beliefs like;

"I love myself"
"I deserve the best that life has to offer."
"I am wanted and appreciated by other people."

Many people ask, "If this is so easy why haven't I been able to change my self-esteem with positive thinking?" The reason is that many of our beliefs are learned as children or during traumatic events. As children we are in a highly suggestible state and imprint beliefs into our subconscious without evaluating them. When we grow older it is hard to go back and reevaluate those beliefs because we are no longer open in the same way as when we were children. Also we are often not aware of where these beliefs come from or how to get ourselves into a state to release the negative beliefs and totally embrace the positive. This is because positive thinking happens at the level of the conscious mind. However, 95% of the capacity of our mind is subconscious mind and only 5% is conscious. This means that positive thinking is only really affecting 5% of our mind. It follows that the deepest changes must allow us access and change at the subconscious level. In your sessions we will do just that.

It is such a joy to heal these types of issues. Once these negative beliefs are gone clarity and balance in ones self just happens. Without these blocking beliefs your own intuition and clarity about who you are will guide you more steadily on your life path and it becomes so much easier to just be yourself, enjoy the moment and take whatever action is needed. I look forward to working with you.

Experiences of Past Clients

"I did a combination of PSYCH-K and EFT work with Fraeda when I was getting ready for an important job interview. I am an ESL teacher, and was going to interview for a job at the community college in our town. It was really my only hope of working in my field here, so the interview was crucial. I was afraid I had subconscious doubts about my weaknesses that would interfere with being as confident, articulate, and honest as I wanted to be. The PSYCH-K affirmation that came up was: "I can clearly see that I am doing my best and my best is good enough." We "balanced" for that belief , and then did EFT tapping to release other emotional concerns. From our visit until the actual interview, I tapped frequently to keep my attitude and confidence just right. I literally tapped on the bus on the way there.

I have had other interviews before, and in fact have a degree in Human Resource Development. It was clear to me that I sailed through with exactly the tone, the affect, the responses that I wanted them to have – that were both honest and inspiring, and that would make me irresistible. As I was leaving, I could tell by their expressions and voices that they would choose me, and they did. It has been a year and I am still teaching there."
